Leganto provides instructors with the option to limit the viewing of materials based on calendar dates:
Display Citation: If dates are set, the citation will only appear between the selected dates.
Display Materials: If dates are set, the citation will be visible, and links to resources within the citation will only appear between the selected dates.
To limit visibility of citations or materials to specific dates:
1. Click the ellipsis on the citation to open the menu, then click Edit Item.
2. Enter a From date and a To date in the Display Citation and/or Display Materials field, then click Save.
The citation and materials will remain visible to instructors if display dates are set. To confirm that visibility is limited, you can view the reading list as a student (see View as Student).
