Phone Transfer

Step 1: Press arrow-to-the-head button.

Step 2: Dial the extension number (you will connect with the staff member you have dialed; identify yourself and announce the incoming call)

Step 3: If the staff member is there, press the arrow-to-the-head button again to connect both people.

If the staff member is not there, press the button to the left of the extension on the screen to get the callback. Explain to the caller that the staff person is not there and they will be transferred to voicemail.
