Fulbright’s mission is to promote mutual understanding between the U.S. and host countries. When researching potential host countries, first review Fulbright’s host country profiles for specific eligibility requirements, award parameters, and community engagement expectations.
In addition to the host country profiles, use the following resources to research countries. Think about which countries interest you in terms of history, current events, academic/scholarly work being conducted, education system structures, etc. to help you choose a location and identify feasible community engagement opportunities.
