Another good way to identify relevant literature is to look at bibliographies and what sources other scholars cite.
Outside of the bibliographies of the sources you have collected, you can find additional bibliographies in tools like Oxford Bibliographies, or looking at other Literature Reviews (Annual Reviews is a good place to look for literature reviews):
Google Scholar allows you to see how many times, and by whom, a source is cited.
The "Cited By" feature is an excellent way to both find additional sources and to determine which sources are cited often.
