Environmental Studies 170: Environmental Justice: Home

Getting started

As you research your topic, think about how best to locate the kinds of primary and secondary sources you'll need. Searching for a basic set of keywords is a good place to start, but you should also consider specific people or events that may help you find more detail. Once you find a few good leads, look closely at the language in those documents to get more ideas for search terms to try.

Also think about searching for environmental groups with an active presence in North Carolina, and then using their websites to get leads on current issues to research further.
